Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean rooms. Good Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Nice garden and pool area. Lovely common area for breakfast.

Had an electric kettle, climate control, and a work desk in my double room. It was comfy with free Wi-Fi. The vibe here was special!

As for me, the area was really loud.

The room we had included a balcony, a couch, and coffee.

This charming little place in a very nice area is perfect, with supermarkets and shops within walking distance.

Savoury and tasty breakfast with a wide array of hot/cold dishes. Pleasant view from my reasonably large room. Location just off Uluwatus's most beautiful beaches and supermarkets, restaurants, all the main beaches in Bukit area and the coast.

The hotel's decoration was lovely, with vibrant colors and traditional Balinese touches. The general areas, such as the beautiful garden and swimming pool, were well-maintained and accessible for senior people like me. I felt safe and comfortable navigating through the hotel's premises.

I would have asked for better accessibility options for senior people. It would have been helpful to have handrails in certain areas or ramps for easier mobility.

Friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. the location was great, but getting taxis was a bit tricky 🚖. It only took us about 15 minutes by car to reach a beautiful and spacious park nearby.

This place is a lovely and simple property situated in the Ungasan area near the most stunning beaches and town center.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea Star Bali! the spacious rooms were incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed and a sofa. the added bonus of a fridge and electric kettle made it convenient for families with children. the hotel's commitment to reducing plastic waste by providing a full pitcher of drinking water every day instead of single-use bottles was a wonderful initiative. the hotel premises were extensive, featuring a beautiful garden, a refreshing pool with long chairs, and a fantastic common area for breakfast. the top terrace with its ocean view was the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset. the staff and hotel owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful, organizing airport pick-up and motorbike rental, as well as providing recommendations on nearby beaches, surf spots, and restaurants. We are already planning our return visit!

the second stay at the hotel in Uluwatu was even better than before. The staff, Ida and Alex, went above and beyond to take care of me when I got sick. They arranged doctors, medication, and checked up on me regularly. Their kindness and care made my stay unforgettable.

pool was not swimmable

A tranquil oasis with a lovely pool and beautiful gardens. Our spacious and clean room provided a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the warm pool, perfect for our kids to play safely. a pleasant experience.

I loved this hotel! The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and there was even a fridge and kettle for my convenience. The hotel had a lovely pool area and beautiful garden for me to relax in. the staff was friendly and helpful, and even helped me arrange transportation to nearby beaches.

Ida and Alex were incredibly kind and helpful when I got sick during my stay. They checked up on me, arranged for medication and even had a doctor come to the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities including a fridge and kettle. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the pool and garden area were perfect for relaxing. The location was also great. I would highly recommend this place!
